- Oil sands development and production activities from 2010 to 2035 could add an estimated $13.8 billion to Quebec’s GDP.
- The oil sands could generate roughly 208,000 person years of employment for the province of Quebec. That would be enough work to employ approximately 8,320 Quebecers for twenty-five years.
- Oil sands production and development activities could generate an estimated $5.1 billion in taxes and royalty revenue for Quebec.
